Can it be a virus? (Running Norton and Kerio) I’ve searched this forum, internet, microsoft even called my computer support (long shot…) I can’t find anyone with a similar problem. I can’t login as Administrator since MS have prevented this (Knowledge base 290109). Net Framework since it uses Windows installer, and that won’t run in Safe mode. If I run the system in Safe mode using any account, I can access the user admin tool, where all accounts have the correct level of privilegies (administrator). Error messge says: You have no rights to access this function (or something similar, using swedish version) I can’t access any module that requires administrator rights, ie user admin, system settings. Net Framework 1.1 and some messing around with trying to remove the login screen.
